No Animals Were Hurt and Meanwhile are sister projects. No Animals Were Hurt is a short about Alan Turing. It was 2 and a half seconds long when launched. With each viewer, it becomes one frame longer. Eventually, at 5000 views, it is its proper 2+ minutes long. And at 5001 views, it once again cycles back to it’s 1% status.


Meanwhile is a single player video game that changes in real-time as players contribute small adjustments, in the form of jumping, running and cool-down stats. The most accomplished players change the player’s stats most significantly. I call it a massively single player game.
